About us Operator
We, Johanna and Franklin, are a husband and wife team with more than 30 years of experience in the tourism industry. Franklin is credited with bringing the first group of commercial tourists to the island of San Cristobal in 1987. Franklin continues to invest time and effort into research to find the latest technology to provide both the visitor and locals to Galapagos the best possible experience and most comfortable service, whilst ensuring our delicate environment is taken care of.
Because we are residents of San Cristobal ourselves, Galapagos Booking Travel specializes in operating a variety of day and overnight (cruise) tours throughout the one-of-a-kind Galapagos Islands, such as a trip to Kicker Rock, or a longer-term stay on our charter boat, the Seaman II.
Yet we also offer tours of the mainland, including a tour of the colorful Otavalo market and the highlights of the UNESCO World Heritage city, Quito.
All of our guides are extremely qualified, have good knowledge of land and marine wildlife, and speak fluent English.
