HIGH LAND TOUR + SNORKEL- FULL DAY

JUNCO LAGOON – “CERRO COLORADO” GIANT TORTOISE RESERVE – PUERTO CHINO BEACH

• Spending the day in San Cristobal Highland is a great experience. This program includes a visit to the only fresh water reserve of San Cristobal, El Junco Lagoon, which hosts many frigate birds. You will be amazed by the Giant Tortoises once you visit the ‘Cerro Colorado’ Galapaguera, a preservation and reproduction center for Galapagos tortoises. A delicious lunch is served in a restaurant with a great view.
• Puerto Chino beach offers you powdery white sand and a clear blue sea – if you want you can swim or you can walk around and observe the seabirds and black crabs, always accompanied by the Galápagos National Park Guide.
• Time permitting you will visit Loberia Beach, a piece of coast that has been named for the large number of sea lions resting on the rocks and sand, but also yellow warblers, frigates and various species of finches can be seen. If you like snorkeling, this is good spot to put on your mask and fins and discover the underwater world. On the rocks, large Galapagos marine iguanas can be found, unique to this part of the world.
